VOICE Global Now June 17th

Current historic events require that we are mindful of the times and purposeful in our role. So many are in pain at the hands of injustrice. Therefore, we’ve decided to move the VOICE Global conference to Wednesday, June 17th. Tuesday, June 9th is the private funeral for George Floyd and we are going to take that day to remember George. We are also going to remember the thousands of innocent individuals before him. Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, Tony McDade, Eric Garner and so many more needless victims.

It's a day to reflect on systems designed on inequality and what role we can all play to change it. A time of listening and a time to create space for voices that need to be heard.

As a community, the technology we build opens up a world of possibilities to improve the society we live in. We look forward to having that dialogue as part of VOICE Global. We can all play a role in ending racism and promoting justice and peace.

We look forward to seeing you on the 17th. Here's my message:

Grateful for this community as I believe we will have an impact on a brighter future and a more just world.
