What are the dates of the conference?
VOICE Summit is October 5-15th and is a fully digital virtual summit.
Registration & Payment
Where can I buy tickets?
Please visit our tickets page to see the ticketing options and descriptions.
Can I request a refund?
We allow for 100% refunds within 7 days of purchase. After that time, all sales are final, however, we realize that plans might change. If you can no longer attend the event and do not have a colleague or friend to transfer your pass to, we will provide a 100% credit to a future Modev event. In order to transfer your pass, please email and we'll get you taken care of.

How do I navigate my way around the VOICE Summit?

When you attend the VOICE Summit you arrive at the Main Stage page from where you can access all stages and of the event as well as other pertinent information. Each stage and page can be visited by clicking on the menus within the header of the Main Stage page.

View Live Stream is where you can view the

  • Main VOICE Stage, upcoming content, and be able to chat with other attendees, speakers, and sponsors. 
  • Once content has aired, they can be viewed on-demand near the bottom of this page. 

Amazon Alexa Stage is where you can view all sessions featuring Amazon Alexa  team members, outside of the conference opening keynote featuring Jeff Blankenburg. Additionally, you can learn more about the Amazon Alexa Hackathon taking place between October 5th and October 15th, learn more about the Amazon Alexa Evangelists featured in their sessions, learn more about utilizing Amazon Alexa skills when it comes to creating, building, and/or further developing your Alexa skills. Here you can also view on-demand content after it’s aired and submit questions for the Alexa team. 

Premium Passholders is where those who have upgraded their free ticket to a premium access pass can access their portal to view bonus workshops and other on-demand content.

Sponsors and Exhibitors is where you can visit different sponsors and exhibitor virtual booths to learn more about their companies and speakers as well as submit questions and view their on-demand content after streaming. 

Agenda is where you can view the full virtual conference agenda at any time. 

Where will the sessions be playing?
All free sessions will be available either through the Main Stage or the Amazon Alexa Stage. Stay tuned for links to those pages. Premium content will be available specifically for Premium Passholder.
How can I connect with other attendees, speakers, and sponsors?

All VOICE Community members can join in on the discussion through our Slack channels. Slack allows for messaging both within groups as well as 1:1 conversations. For the benefit of all attendees -- if you do choose to participate, we ask that you observe and adhere to our Code of Conduct.

In addition, Premium Passholders will also have access to the Slack VIP Lounge for greater access to our speakers and sponsors as well as networking capabilities through the Modev Events app. Instructions for downloading the app can be found in the "Mobile App" section of the FAQs.

Mobile App (For Premium Users only)
Where can I download the mobile app?

The mobile app can be found on both the App Store and Google Play stores or by searching for "Modev Events".

Is there a web-based app?
While the Modev Events app is for mobile devices, we invite all attendees to join the VOICE Community on Slack. Instructions regarding Slack can be found under the "Attending and Participating" section of the FAQs.
You will receive an invite code to the app 24 hours before the event?
If after installing and attempting to sign in to the mobile app on your phone you are prompted to enter an invitation code, please refer to the instructions in your app download informational email for help.

Premium Passholders

Where can I access premium content? How can I login?
A link to Premium content will be sent by email directly to Premium Passholders. Please check the email you used to register for VOICE 2020.
How can I upgrade my ticket?
If you would like to upgrade your Summit Pass to a Premium Pass, please contact and provide the email you used to register so we can assist with the upgrade.
Please explain how networking at the VOICE Summit works.

Networking is a key part of any VOICE event and the Virtual VOICE Summit is no different. If you are in the VOICE Summit Slack channel it could not be easier to engage in public or private chats with fellow attendees. With just a couple of clicks you have the option to enter into 1:1 conversations or setup group chats to have a wider conversation. You can also network with exhibitors and sponsors by visiting their virtual booths and submitting a question or comment via their page.
